SPR# TCHU4AGELY - Fixed an Administration Client crash when running the LDIF Import Domino Upgrade Service, when the file that was being imported was not in UTF-8 Format. The client will no longer crash, and the administrators log file will contain a message indicating the file and or data was not stored in UTF-8.
